I control the day to day operations of Pembroke Honda.  For the past ten years I have received the Honda Dealer Accounting Standards Award Of Excellence. I'm the girl upstairs, and that's where they like to keep me.

I was raised in a military family and we lived from the east to the west of this country. We have now been in the for over eleven years. I never thought that after my student Co-Op here when I was sixteen that I would end up with a full time as a service advisor. My objective is to be #1 in Customer Service.

 

Hal has been here with the firm for over 31 years, he arrived the same time the original Civic hatchback came to .  He has a better DATA Honda Parts Bank than any computer made…plus he’s human?????
